We will make each of these big polluters either comply with the new don’t pollute rules, or shutdown forever. To comply with the don’t pollute rules, lets say for every power plant, will cost around $3 million for a new anti-polluter air scrubber.
Also to replace the new anti-polluter air scrubber, every power plant will have to shutdown for at least a month to do so. If they don’t, we will fine them so much they will go bankrupt and imprison them.
